How to export your Whatnot sales report

Three steps in Whatnot Seller Hub produce a CSV of everything a livestream sold. Drop that file into the calculator and you’ll see what you actually earned after fees.

Step 1 — Open Shipments in Seller Hub

Sign in to whatnot.com, open Seller Hub, and click Shipments in the left menu. The export lives here rather than under Orders or Analytics — this is the screen that lists every buyer shipment for a show.

Step 2 — Pick the livestream

Use the show picker at the top left of the Shipments screen to select the stream you want numbers for. Once a show is selected, the page fills with that stream’s sales, and the sidebar actions apply to it.

Step 3 — Export the Show Report

Click Open Sidebar at the top right, scroll to Show Actions, and click Export Show Report (CSV). Your browser downloads the file — that CSV is exactly what the calculator reads.

Then drop it into the calculator and your numbers appear in seconds. The file is analysed in your browser; we don’t keep a copy.

Where to find your sales export

  1. Open Shipments. In the left menu of Seller Hub, click Shipments.
  2. Select your live stream. Open the show picker and choose the stream you want the numbers for.
  3. Open the sidebar and export. Click Open Sidebar, then Export Show Report (CSV) under Show Actions. That file is what you upload here.
  4. Then drag the downloaded CSV into the Whatnot Fee Calculator.
